You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return unworn jeans in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be clean and show no signs of wear. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2-5 working days.

Returns are free and simple. To start a return, scan the barcode on the slip you received with your package, or go directly to the returns portal via the link below.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you are looking to exchange, for example for a different size, then you will need to treat it as a separate order and place a new order whilst your refund is being processed.
